A recent survey from Accenture showed that 26% U.S. consumers have had their personal medical information stolen from technology systems, and half of those who experienced a breach were victims of medical identity theft. On Dec. 14, 2016, the federal funds rate was hiked by 25 basis points to 0.75%. More hikes are expected in 2017, but early this month, Fed FOMC members decided to maintain the interest rate at 75% for the time being without ruling out further increments.
