The S&P 500 has ticked up 0.1% to 2,179.41 at 2:20 p.m. today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average has advanced 8.87 points, or 0.1%, to 18,560.89. The Nasdaq Composite has declined 0.1% to 5,224.62.
