GENEVA — In the continuing quest to create a more powerful supercar, Ferrari says it’s done it again.

This time, it’s the appropriately named 812 Superfast, which arrives in conjunction with Ferrari’s 70th anniversary.

Its 6.5-liter V-12 engine will produce about 790 horsepower, which the brand promises will deliver “thrilling top-end performance,” but so far isn’t saying exactly how that will play out when it comes to acceleration times or top speed.

Sure, that horsepower is still shy of the more than 1,000 that Bugatti has had in its supercars, but itstill should do the job.

“It has the most powerful engine we ever designed, with super high speed and higher performance,” says Enrico Galliera, Ferrari’s chief marketing officer. Plus, he adds, “the interior has been completely redesigned for comfort.”

Juno’s relationship withCelgene(NASDAQ:CELG) is another plus. In April of last year, the big biotech exercised its option for marketing rights to Juno’s CD19 program outside of North American and China. This program at the time included JCAR014, JCAR015, and early stage candidate JCAR017. Celgene was involved in the decision to throw in the towel on JCAR015.

Advance Auto Parts (AAP) surged to the top of the S&P 500 today after releasing better-than-expected third-quarter earnings.

Shares of Advance Auto Parts gained 15% to $164.33, while the S&P 500 rose 0.8% to 2,180.39.

Credit Suisse analyst Seth Sigman and team explain why shares of Advance Auto Parts are soaring:

Advance Auto Parts’ Q3 and strategic update was one of the better scenarios for this stock with better than expected comps, positive commentary on Q4, a roughly in line 2017 outlook, and a new sense of direction on how this new management team will narrow the margin gap with peers. Management guided to a 500 bps long-term margin improvement, which wasnt a surprise to investors, and other specifics were still limited. However, timed with Q3/4′s improvement, this should help instill some early confidence in this team. We are adjusting our 2016 and 2017 EPS modestly, to $7.30 (from $7.23) and to $7.65 (from $7.60) respectively.

Advance Auto Parts market capitalization rose to $12.1 billion today from $10.7 billion yesterday.

The key issue to focus on is automotive group comparable sales, which can be seen in the chart below. I’ve also included the most directly applicable sales numbers for its peers,O’Reilly Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:ORLY), AutoZone, Inc (NYSE:AZO) and Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE:AAP). The disappointing sales performance of Advance Auto Parts is largely due to the effects of integrating a troublesome acquisition.

capital investment: EOG Resources, Inc.(EOG)

Advisors’ Opinion:

Cramer said he tried to buck this trend by investing in EOG Resources (EOG) and Marathon Oil (MRO) but was wrong on both counts. In the case of EOG, even having the best properties wasn’t enough to ward off the collapse in oil prices. Meanwhile, Marathon’s decision to spin off its refining business left it with no cushion to stem its losses.

Finally, there’s EOG Resources (EOG) . The stock is putting in a double bottom and if support holds up at $91 to $93, the stock could quickly head to $106, Boroden’s work suggests.

EOG Resources Inc. (NYSE: EOG) traded up about 2.2% at $97.32. The 52-week range is $57.15 to $98.32.
